I have no idea how well they managed to pull the cables that they did but they did, but they were all routed nicely inside the walls. The touch-ups were outstanding... if I hadn’t seen the installations myself, I’d swear the house came pre- wired! And I have to admit my Meridian system is sounding better than ever!

I really appreciated the time you took with me when you came to my house. The advice you gave me was very insightful and really helped me to understand the recommendations you were making and why. Then the people I met at your Sahara location reinforced what you had already suggested to me and gave me more confidence that you knew exactly what you were doing.

I can’t say enough about your installation department. They showed up on time, went about their business in a professional manner, and only asked for my involvement when it was necessary or important. They were also very considerate of the other family members in my household.

Dear Chris,
I had to write to tell you how pleased we are with the surround sound system and all of its components.

From planning stage to completion, your entire staff was both knowledgeable and helpful in making sure we had the exact setup we needed to create the “mind blowing” sound experience my husband and I wanted.

When we decided the television we had originally requested just wasn't giving us the detail and contrast we wanted, you steered us to the Runco. We couldn't be happier. Now our guests stop to look at the picture and say “ It looks like you’re looking through a window.”

And to give you an idea of how good the sound system is, I have to relate a little incident that happened shortly after the installation was completed.

My husband was watching “Rush Hour 2” on DVD when my sister (who lives next door) came over to drop off her dog before going to work. He had just gotten to a fight scene complete with crashing glass and the accompanying groans and screams.

My sister, who was a security officer, was convinced that someone had broken in and was fighting with my husband. She drew her revolver and came around the corner announcing “I’m armed, drop your weapon”, only to hear my husband say “Hey,Daphne, you gotta see this!”

Fortunately, she didn’t shoot him; and now we have a house-sitter whenever we go on vacation. She loves to show off the system to all of her friends.
